Went in looking for a new vehicle and Kyle went out of his way to help me out. Me and my wife would never go back there again we had pour service my wife's car got delivered to her with engine lights and no active safety features and bald 16 year old summer tires on a 2 year old ca pour service my wife's car got delivered to her with engine lights and no active safety features and bald 16 year old summer tires on a 2 year old car in the middle of winter and they refused to do anything until I mentioned the vsa and took the car to another dealership which it failed a safety inspection kinda funny for a car that apparently just passed one we have since got the car and my truck which I bought at same time repaired elsewhere and have asked and asked not be be contacted and put on do not call list and they keep calling do not use this dealership I would walk before I buy from them or get service from them ever again More

I dont believe I have ever left a open page rating, but I am now. The Philosophy here seems to be... draw you in by agreeing to anything you are trying to accomplish or wanting..."ya, we can do that, com am now. You go in, do a test drive, maybe you keep it over night, next you start paper work...well the salesman states "sales manager is just a little ways away from your price.. $8,000.00 apart from the verbal agreement... It was $4,000 apart on 1st purchase in 2019 plus I lost a huge trade in value, then $8,000 for me on the 2nd purchase offer... but hang in there... you push your way through the stress, you get to $2,000 away, can you hold the team off?; now we have a salesman, sales manager, and the general manager all working on this deal. The time to hand over the keys moment arrives....NOPE...you have to see the warranty-finance guy. Funny...they need $6,000.00 for 3 year extended warranty and $2,000 for tires. Are we back to $8,000.00? THEN the ultimatum.. take the warranty and tire purchase for $8,000.00 or you cant have your purchase. I WALKED AWAY and so should you! Good Luck to all but remember...you can WALK AWAY friends. I have only been with them since 2019; my experience has been that this is an unprofessional dealership with unprofessional tatics and service, and a special mention for their warranty person. Stay away! This dealership has been an huge disappointment. More

We went in there to take a look at a couple of new Jeep's. The initial contact was ok, it was later in the process that thing's turned us sour. Took my friend here to help her buy a new vehicle. Everyone was nice up until the point that we refused to buy any of their extended warranty products.
