Willowbrook Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

I just changed my old 2017 ram eco-diesel for a brand new 2022 eco-diesel. The new one is sure nice, (and outrageously expensive), but I got lots of money for the old one in trade, so overall actually it’s n 2022 eco-diesel. The new one is sure nice, (and outrageously expensive), but I got lots of money for the old one in trade, so overall actually it’s not that bad. The salesperson was Kyle Linn. I have to say he did make it easy and efficient, and I was very impressed he kept his promise and (after the deal was done), helped me get few Mopar parts at dealer cost, and got the parts dept. to order them and install them for me without having an scheduled appointment . I thought he made that promise before I bought the car just to grease the wheels, but he did keep his word and stayed behind to help me get everything ordered at discount rates. He did not push me onto the parts department, he came and stayed with me to make sure I do get the items that I wanted to add onto the car, same day I got the car, so I don’t have to make a separate appointment and trip later on. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised, with Kyle and with the whole experience. I used to deal with O’Connor Chrysler in Chilliwack, but I just learned that Willowbrook is just as good , and I don’t have to drive all the way to Chilliwack for a new truck. Kyle is very nice. I have purchased 2 vehicles off of them and it was good. I co signed for a person and was supposed to get a 1000 dollars for helping the deal go through. Absolutely garbage. Traded in my ford lease for a ram. They won't send in paperwork to ford though paying 4 2 trucks but I only have 1. If I could give less then 1 star I would. Absolute horrible service. They lie and hide anything. DO NOT go here you will be scammed they do not cancel your old insurance and let you get double charged horrible service. They lie and hide anything. Steve Phillips likes to threaten you even though he is supposed to be the manager. He’s extremely rude and only cares about making a buck! And the service department will damage your car if you take it in. They dented my bumpers and ruined my front dash and tried to blame it on me. DO NOT COME HERE GO TO A DIFFERENT BRANCH!!! More
