Recently purchased a 2019 ram 3500. With 20,000kms. Upon purchase the 2020 ford explorer i was trading in. The manager told me he wouldnt be selling it on there log as its been in a accident and no longer a purchase the 2020 ford explorer i was trading in. Drove my truck from their lot to van island to find out gas leaks out of it from the gas tank being warped around the fuel pump. I filled the tank and lost about 5 dollars worth of gas on the ground at the pump. Now its day 4 and im without a truck as its at another local to me dodge dealer getting a replacement fuel tank. Moral of the story. 5 star dealer my xxx. Only if you like being lied to and repairing your vehicle. And yes ive talked to my salesman and the manager and was basically told to pound sand and be thankfull it has warranty. More

I just changed my old 2017 ram eco-diesel for a brand new 2022 eco-diesel. The new one is sure nice, (and outrageously expensive), but I got lots of money for the old one in trade, so overall actually it’s n 2022 eco-diesel. The new one is sure nice, (and outrageously expensive), but I got lots of money for the old one in trade, so overall actually it’s not that bad. The salesperson was Kyle Linn. I have to say he did make it easy and efficient, and I was very impressed he kept his promise and (after the deal was done), helped me get few Mopar parts at dealer cost, and got the parts dept. to order them and install them for me without having an scheduled appointment . I thought he made that promise before I bought the car just to grease the wheels, but he did keep his word and stayed behind to help me get everything ordered at discount rates. He did not push me onto the parts department, he came and stayed with me to make sure I do get the items that I wanted to add onto the car, same day I got the car, so I don’t have to make a separate appointment and trip later on. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised, with Kyle and with the whole experience. I used to deal with O’Connor Chrysler in Chilliwack, but I just learned that Willowbrook is just as good , and I don’t have to drive all the way to Chilliwack for a new truck. Kyle is very nice.
