Here’s what happened: I had a private buyer who secured financing through Willowbrook, requiring me to sell my vehicle to the dealership. Despite agreeing on a deal at the end of October, scheduling conflicts on their end delayed the process to November 1st. The salesperson, MANNAT SANDHU, pressured me to complete the deal on October 31st after calling me late on October 30th, showing a complete disregard for my time and commitments. I arrived at the dealership at 9:30 AM, as scheduled, after an hour’s drive from Vancouver. Mannat was a no-show, leaving me in the hands of Bindi from the service department, who was unaware of the situation. The lack of communication and organization was appalling, leading to confusion and a delay in the inspection. Bindi had no indication of the situation regarding the vehicle sale and that he needed to get a pre-purchase inspection done instead of a safety inspection that Mannat told him to do. After hours of waiting and missed work commitments, Mannat casually arrived at 12PM, acting as if everything was fine. When I asked what took so long, he asked me to understand that it takes time to commute from Abbotsford to Langley—as if my commute from Vancouver was insignificant. His lack of preparation and dismissive attitude were infuriating. He then asked me to just take the car back to Vancouver and wait for a person from the dealership to come give me a cheque and pick up my vehicle. The entire experience was a stark display of the dealership’s incompetence and disregard for customer service. Despite my repeated requests for assistance, I was brushed off by the general manager, Curtis, who offered nothing more than a half-hearted apology. Mannat’s disorganization caused further delays, making a mockery of what should have been a straightforward transaction. Other employees at the dealership noticed me hanging around waiting and had many negative things to say about Mannat...further adding to his shady, unprofessional and inconsiderate business practices. By the time I left Willowbrook Motors at 2:00 PM with my cheque, I had lost valuable time and had to miss work, all due to their incompetence. I strongly advise against dealing with Willowbrook Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I hope others can learn from my ordeal and avoid such a terrible experience. I wish there was a zero star option. More

Tried to charge me $2,250 to transfer a factory warranty, that should be FREE. While purchasing vehicle, they kept pushing and pushing for a $4,423 72,000Km warranty. After I kept refusing that, they then mentioned previous owner had Extended warranty on the vehicle, good for another 60,000Km, wow that was a nice of them to find that out (of course they knew that all along). And, wow, it's only $2,250 to transfer the warranty instead of $4,423. That didn't sound right, and finally convinced them to leave me alone and buy vehicle with-out adding warranty. The next week I went to Chrysler dealer in Chilliwack (Banters) to enquire about this extended warranty. The lady was on the computer for few minutes checking things out, and in the end she said, yes... definitely has extended warranty from previous owner. I asked, how much to transfer to me, the new owner. She said, I just did that... NO CHARGE. So, how crooked is this Willowbrook Chrysler for trying to steel $2,250 from me ! More

They are crooks. Every time I take my jeep in for service the prices are different each time. I even called for a quote and got told to bad that’s the price. Spoke to Darren the service manager who was indifferent to the whole thing, and did nothing to help. I test drove 3 jeeps, but had to pull sale because of terrible service and customer service!! Be very careful of what you are getting yourself into. I was told I would be signing as a guarantor but turns out I had a full truck loan pulled out in my name. I was not consulted with anything before they shipped out a $70000 truck to AB from BC. Meeting me with the person they said the loan would be under on the side of the road needing a signature. I was not given time nor was I consulted as to whether I was ok with pulling out a loan for this person. There was no transparency only a quick way to sell a vehicle by any means. Now I’m stuck with a truck loan and that person drove off with the truck. More
