***BUYER BEWARE*** I was duped by this dealership. I was told I was buying a car with my mother as a co-signer. When the deal was done, we found out she was the sole owner. Yes, my mother should have I was told I was buying a car with my mother as a co-signer. When the deal was done, we found out she was the sole owner. Yes, my mother should have been more careful about what she was signing, but at the same time the dealership should've been doing honest business. They BLATANTLY lied to me and took advantage of my elderly mother who lives close to the dealership (I'm on the island), so they knew I would not be present during signing. They gave her paperwork to sign that was COMPLETELY different than what we had agreed upon. Beyond disappointed with Willowbrook Chryslers sales tactics and the lack of responsibility they are taking. The fact that they don't mind taking advantage of anyone, especially seniors shows a complete lack of integrity. Anyone know a good lawyer? More

In 2 days they took my trade in, got me approved Dont belive negative things you read, just go to there lot and have your own personal good Experience that I got. They have the most Up front and honest sales people, service people as well detail people I sat and I listened And watched how well the sales staff were amazing, as,well how the detail staff worked And service department. They have good honest ways to offer you the highest best money for your trade in.. As well they have a very Large selection of new and pre owned to get what your looking for and wanting. They work really well with many banks to have you approved for great rates, as well they work well with having exstended warrenty for your new vehical.. Me and my wife would never go back there again we had pour service my wife's car got delivered to her with engine lights and no active safety features and bald 16 year old summer tires on a 2 year old ca pour service my wife's car got delivered to her with engine lights and no active safety features and bald 16 year old summer tires on a 2 year old car in the middle of winter and they refused to do anything until I mentioned the vsa and took the car to another dealership which it failed a safety inspection kinda funny for a car that apparently just passed one we have since got the car and my truck which I bought at same time repaired elsewhere and have asked and asked not be be contacted and put on do not call list and they keep calling do not use this dealership I would walk before I buy from them or get service from them ever again More
