Hungry people just to get good reviews but doesn't care about their customers, their products they are selling to them and their services are the most pathetic not at all reliable. I bought a brand new pick up truck on last year September from Willowbrook Motors Ltd for my new business. To stay out of trouble I choose to buy a new vehicle over the old one but Willowbrook Motors Ltd have failed and sold me an inappropriate junky vehicle. long story short- 1) they sold me a brand new truck without horn working, left tape residue over the back windows and the sales person was keep asking for good reviews. I refrained and gave them another chance. 2) truck stopped starting then called the roadside assistance and resolved the problem then again the next day did happened the same so we toed the truck send out for the check up and to get fixed. 3) The GPS system stopped working and started rattling sound from the dash board then went out for check up and to get fixed, but the rattling sound was still there wasn't fixed. 4) I had a big meeting for a big job and I tried to start my truck that even didn't start. this happened third time in like couple months, then again called the road side assistance and then went out to get fixed. Willowbrook Motors Ltd have failed multiple times to provide satisfactory service and sold a new junky truck and have troubled me a lot till now. I had to write this because of multiple failer from willowbrook motors ltd. More

Initially when I purchased my truck, HID's were supposed to be installed on all lights included with the deal - When I went back for the after sales appointment, they made me pay "half" due to their sales rep's misunderstanding My experience at the service centre was reasonable until their rep Axel left; since then that has been bad. The last straw - Tonight I went in at the suggestion of their sales rep to trade up (foolish of me) and when introduced to the manager, Zach to help pick a new truck. Zach was so incredibly belittling and condescending I was ready to tell the other people to run out of the showroom. I repeat... I highly suggest you DO NOT BUY YOUR VEHICLE HERE More

Back in October I applied to see if I would get approved to finance or declined, the very next morning I received a phone call from Avi. He helped me with my vehicle which I’m very happy with, I wasn’t expe to finance or declined, the very next morning I received a phone call from Avi.
