She was friendly, listened to our needs and answered our questions about the different trim levels. We didn't feel pressured at any point in the process. When it came time to negotiate the financials both Rebecca and Ashley were straight-forward, knowledgeable, and professional. Negotiating didn't feel like a game as we have found at many other dealerships over the years. It was refreshing! I think they both genuinely wanted to reach a deal that made everyone happy. While Rebecca isn't new to Honda she has just recently transitioned to sales, but if she hadn't told us we wouldn't have known.
