Great customer service The overall customer service was great however the wait of 2 hours to see a business manager to arrange financing was discouraging in the experience. The overall customer service was great however the wait of 2 hours to see a business manager to arrange financing was discouraging in the experience. We were hungry and found there were no snacks available as at other Honda dealerships as only coffee/tea were available. One shouldn't have to wait 2 hours as it deflated the elation and experience. Also miscommunication on what was owing during the business financing meeting resulted in me having to come up with $500 more on closing. More
