The process was not rushed, and when we decided to make an offer we didn't feel pressured in any way - it was professionally handled start to finish. Similarly when it came time to work with the financial services team, extras such as extended warranty were offered and well explained, but there was no hard sell. We did opt for the rustproofing based on the information and price that was given.
