The process was not rushed, and when we decided to make an offer we didn't feel pressured in any way - it was professionally handled start to finish. Similarly when it came time to work with the financial services team, extras such as extended warranty were offered and well explained, but there was no hard sell. We did opt for the rustproofing based on the information and price that was given. Peter was exceptional in his approach and manner and in explaining all my options in great detail. Just for Peter, I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. Kyle was very helpful with laying out all the financial options and getting all the paperwork done in a relatively relaxed manner without being too overwhelmed. Overall, as my title states, it was the best first car buying experience for me. I drove out of the dealership in my new car with the biggest smile on my face.
