She was friendly, listened to our needs and answered our questions about the different trim levels. We didn't feel pressured at any point in the process. When it came time to negotiate the financials both Rebecca and Ashley were straight-forward, knowledgeable, and professional. Negotiating didn't feel like a game as we have found at many other dealerships over the years. It was refreshing! I think they both genuinely wanted to reach a deal that made everyone happy. While Rebecca isn't new to Honda she has just recently transitioned to sales, but if she hadn't told us we wouldn't have known. Peter was helpful with the sale but transaction was confusing as he kept on eluding to the fact of how prices were right on and how this dealer was top in sales. All that info is of no use to a potential buyer who just wants the best bang for his buck. We wanted more for trade in and less for buy but negotiations wore us down and a deal was made. When I was doing final paperwork there was pressure on the upsell for extended. Warranty coverage and rustproofing etc. Left there feeling overwhelmed and pressured to make further purchase. We went to a GM DEALERSHIP and got the same coverage on extended warranty and more for over a thousand dollars cheaper. When we picked up car it was not cleaned properly inside and out and we had to cross street to gas station for gas as tank was almost empty. Took 70 litres to top up on a 79 litres tank. Was not happy. Would we go here again probably not but would let friends know about dealership. Thankyou. More
