The general atmosphere in the busy dealership showed a high level of concern for the customer’s experience. We felt quite blindsided by the finance guys effort to sell us $6500 worth of extended warranty and product care. Had not experienced anything like that in last 4 car dealership purchases. I’m not going to make that kind of expensive decision in 5 minutes. Advance info, before arriving at the dealership, would have been helpful. There wasn't anything on the yard in our price range and it came at a time when I was going overseas for a month. I left without a car to come back to. Jamie worked at it and just a few days before I returned, he contacted me. The sale went through on my return and I just love the car. It is a Honda Accord (2015) and is the nicest, smoothest car I have every owned. The service was, as ever, brilliant (thanks Jamie) and the value excellent. Yep, I am one happy customer. More
