Beware!They took advantage of my pregnant wife!! She Beware! They took advantage of my pregnant wife!! She purchased a nice 2019 Odyssey and traded in our old vehicle. The sales dept was good to de Beware! They took advantage of my pregnant wife!! She purchased a nice 2019 Odyssey and traded in our old vehicle. The sales dept was good to deal with and we appreciated their straight forward no haggle approach. However the Finance dept is just like every other car dealer and they will take advantage of you if you let your guard down (we did). They “jammed” our contract with 2 warranties we didn’t ask for or were told we where buying. It was our fault for not reading every page before signing,’ but now that we want to cancel them within our 30 day cancellation period they are doing their best to dodge us and not return calls or emails as they make a lot of money pushing these warranties!!! If they had of offered us the factory Honda extended warranty we would of talked about it and probably bought one, but they make far less off these….. More
