The general atmosphere in the busy dealership showed a high level of concern for the customer’s experience. We felt quite blindsided by the finance guys effort to sell us $6500 worth of extended warranty and product care. Had not experienced anything like that in last 4 car dealership purchases. I’m not going to make that kind of expensive decision in 5 minutes. Advance info, before arriving at the dealership, would have been helpful. The dealership website make no mention of their “documentation “ fee. It should! More
