Long story short, the process of my write off has been somewhat of a nightmare but the Westwood team has been so helpful and supportive through the whole thing. Exceptional Service - Amazing Team I have been dealing with the Service Team at Westwood Honda for about 6 years now. As an owner of two Honda vehicles I have come to know the staff wel I have been dealing with the Service Team at Westwood Honda for about 6 years now. As an owner of two Honda vehicles I have come to know the staff well. I am always impressed with their high level of service, quality work, and trusted advice. Their dedication to their customer experience was highlighted one late Friday evening. I was leaving work and noticed a warning indicator light on my dashboard. I pulled over to read my vehicle manual and realized that the indication was in reference to the tire pressure. I was only a couple of blocks from Westwood Honda so I thought I would pull in and see if anyone could assist. As I mentioned it was a very late Friday evening and unfortunately the Service Team had wrapped up for the night. Just as I was about to leave, Matt, the Assistant Service Manager came out. I explained the situation and right away Matt was on it. He checked each tire and and made the necessary air pressure adjustments. I knew he was probably on his way out the door, and yet he was incredible professional, polite, and extremely helpful. Service Dept. needs a lot of work Tried them for servicing on my vehicle and I won't be heading back. Way too long returning calls (actually, not returning them at all), long times on hold and the shuttle has taken over an hour (still waiting, but hey, I'm on the board???) to come pick me up to return to the dealership. It's a shame because my wife and I are current looking at getting a second Honda, but it won't be from Westwood. More
