Leasing my first car I was nervous when I went to honda because I didnt know much about cars but as I walked in i was welcomed by Keith. "Totally forgotten" appointment despite the fact he called in to remind previous night. Fairytales about dozens of couples queued to buy that exactly car holding bucks in the sweat palms. "Boss has just gone for toilet paper" on the car we booked for the testdrive three days before. "Oh that couple has already taken the key, no it doesn't matter you booked an appointment". Wouldn't recommend Westwood Honda for anyone. Complete waste of time. Really disappointing. More

Awesome experience with the sales team i was searching for used electric cars and found out that Westwood Honda carries a lot of electric cars. Went there yesterday first thing in the mo i was searching for used electric cars and found out that Westwood Honda carries a lot of electric cars. Went there yesterday first thing in the morning as I don't have any appointment with the sales team. Then theres Sayeed and Morri to the rescue, they helped me out on choosing the right car for me with out giving me any pressure. They stayed with me until i was happy with my choice and helped me out with the trade in of my old car as well as the financing. I very happy with my purchase and surely with recommend Westwood for the great service. Everyone is very nice, friendly and helpful. More

I am continuously disappointed by this service department I brought my vehicle in to get my passenger side airbag replaced due to recall however they then called me to suggest services that I needed due to ge I brought my vehicle in to get my passenger side airbag replaced due to recall however they then called me to suggest services that I needed due to get done for safety. This is funny because I was in a car accident in the last 6 months and one of the items they informed me was completely torn had been replaced after my accident. Also when I went into pick up my vehicle I asked about my compliance bushing (which is what they said I needed to get done) and the service adviser did not know what it was. This is not the first time they have suggested something that was not right. They previously called me about a "summer special" on something that my vehicle does not even have, and I was told it was time to replace it. I wish I received better service because it's so close to my home but I think I will have to take my vehicle out to Marv Jones Honda in Maple Ridge because I have never felt taken advantage of. More

Had EXCEPTIONAL service from James, Jordan and the team here I rented a car and heard terrible clunking noises whenever I went over a bump. Was told by the rental company to take it into Honda to have it looked I rented a car and heard terrible clunking noises whenever I went over a bump. James and Jordan took care of me and had the rental company on the phone within minutes.
