Superb Customer Service My wife and I recently purchased a new 2018 Honda CRV from Westwood Honda. We found the sales rep, Mike Afshar ,to be very knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpful. There was no sales pressure from Mike or any other person at this dealership. After a short time, the car experienced some technical issues and that is when this dealership did what many will not, they stood in front of their warranty and service, not behind it. Jonathon Wilson, stepped up to plate to assist us and resolved the issue immediately, without hesitation. Good leadership has a way of working down to all team members. This is certainly the case at this dealership. Although we live in North Vancouver, the trip to Westwood Honda was worth every kilometer and more. Great staff, who care and are willing to do what is best for their customer. I highly recommend this dealership! More
