refused to fix safety issue I bought my used 2013 Nissan Leaf from them in Jul 2017, the salesman who sold me the car treated me like a person and he was great the experience wa I bought my used 2013 Nissan Leaf from them in Jul 2017, the salesman who sold me the car treated me like a person and he was great the experience was great! or i would have went somewhere else. This is the first time that I went in for service. Upon arrival they kept asking me who my sales person was and so i told them and they replied that he was no longer working there. no big deal i thought, i actually had 3 issues to take care of 1. pealing paint 2. replace a light covering which was my fault 3. the drivers side rear door opener no longer works from the inside I thought it was obvious that the door opener failing was a manufacturer defect and they would fix that. I told them i was paying for the broken light cover and the paint I wanted them to cover, since it was not my fault and I have owned the car for less than a year. I would have be fine if they come back and said they would fix the door opener but the rest is my responsibility. They came back and said they weren't covering anything because it was not covered by the warranty that i purchased. I remembered too late that Lynn helped me as well, but I feel that shouldn't matter. More

don’t take your car there for service i bought a new car so that I have a warranty and not much expenses compare to my older car. But I discovered that I still have to pay similar amount o i bought a new car so that I have a warranty and not much expenses compare to my older car. But I discovered that I still have to pay similar amount of money to service my new Honda as I was paying for my old car. I don’t recommend buying a new or even second hand car from this dealership. Their service is terrible and they don’t explain you why they charge you so much. There are A and B service every 6 months on the top of your oil and regular check that you find out cost wise very expensive and they make it indirectly obligation in order for you to keep the warranty. They do t tell you in advance that you have a option of not wanting to do A and B service which is basically extra expense for you. I had a terrible experience with the service and their managers and I felt disrespected and humiliated and I had a heart pain. More
