Westwood Honda

I am disappointed at Westwood Honda. I took my 2017 civic on a road trip to Calgary. While we were driving on the road, the piece of cardboard and metal underneath the car felt off half I took my 2017 civic on a road trip to Calgary. While we were driving on the road, the piece of cardboard and metal underneath the car felt off half way and scratching the floor so we couldn’t drive and had to call the tow truck. The guy came and lift up the car and told us that in order for us to drive we need to pull that piece off so we did. I just took my car to Honda and ask them why is that thing felt off, and I was there couple months ago to do a B service. The car was still under warranty so it shouldn’t be happening. Honda told me that there were 2 bolts missing the last service but that was not the issue for the piece to fall off I must of hit something so I told them that I had the tow truck company contact in Calgary if they need to know more details. They refuse to compensate for the whole amount but they offer me half off. What really disappoint me is that they are trying to blame me to get away with things like this and they couldn’t so they offer to pay half but why half if it’s not your fause. What really scared me is that they allow me to drive with the 2 bolts missing after the service and why didn’t they replace it at that time. I wouldn’t recommend this place for service and if you do please avoid service advisor Mark Gawryluk, he is bad in customer service as he will judge and doens’t want to find out what the story behind. Listen to your customer first before you speak and it will help the situation. More

He introduced us to Paul the salesman who is also attentive ,pleasant and made us comfortable in our negotiations. Then we met Walter the financial manager who presented himself very well same as Joe Kendrick. Knowledgeable and gave us more information to help us make a good decision about our finances. Shiobhon Lopez senior financial manager who assisted us with the final financial settlement was also great in many ways. Special thank you again to Joe and Walter for the good deals. You are all highly commendable ! More

Excellent sales experience I had Adrien during my test drive of a used vehicle. Told me what I needed to know the car and went out of his way and found out what I asked that he I had Adrien during my test drive of a used vehicle. He texted me driving distances and charging station locations of the places I would visit in the EV I was considering and followed up a few days later with more info without making me feeling pressured. Excellent experience! Went down the street to Nissan and they didn't know half as much as he knew about a used nissan! Highly recommend looking up Adrien if you go there. He is not a personal friend, but he certainly treats you like one. More
