It was not a problem and they courteously rushed through the order and had me driving away within no time. Shaun was also very helpful in guiding me to the right car and gave me an awesome deal. I am disappointed at Westwood Honda. I took my 2017 civic on a road trip to Calgary. While we were driving on the road, the piece of cardboard and metal underneath the car felt off half I took my 2017 civic on a road trip to Calgary. While we were driving on the road, the piece of cardboard and metal underneath the car felt off half way and scratching the floor so we couldn’t drive and had to call the tow truck. The guy came and lift up the car and told us that in order for us to drive we need to pull that piece off so we did. I just took my car to Honda and ask them why is that thing felt off, and I was there couple months ago to do a B service. The car was still under warranty so it shouldn’t be happening. Honda told me that there were 2 bolts missing the last service but that was not the issue for the piece to fall off I must of hit something so I told them that I had the tow truck company contact in Calgary if they need to know more details. They refuse to compensate for the whole amount but they offer me half off. What really disappoint me is that they are trying to blame me to get away with things like this and they couldn’t so they offer to pay half but why half if it’s not your fause. What really scared me is that they allow me to drive with the 2 bolts missing after the service and why didn’t they replace it at that time. I wouldn’t recommend this place for service and if you do please avoid service advisor Mark Gawryluk, he is bad in customer service as he will judge and doens’t want to find out what the story behind. Listen to your customer first before you speak and it will help the situation. More
