Be careful... with this dealership. I purchased my 2010 Honda Pilot from the Westwood Honda dealership... and as a loyal customer I have had all my servicing done there as well. Three th I purchased my 2010 Honda Pilot from the Westwood Honda dealership... and as a loyal customer I have had all my servicing done there as well. Three things that make me question the ethics of this dealership... (1) when my wife went to purchase her Honda Odyssey the typical sales games were played and we were given a final price. We decided to shop around after which the sales manager called us and asked us to come in to discuss the price. My wife was nine months pregnant and we had a three yer old in tow. We drive to the dealership only to find out they are staying firm on their price and told us we would not find a better price in the lower mainland. Needless to say we purchased the exact vehicle we were negotiating for for $600 less from a Honda dealership 15 minutes away. (2) When it came time to replace my 2010 Honda Pilot tires the Westwood Honda dealership touted they had a Honda tire guarantee. I shopped them against Costco and Costco offered the exact same tires for a cheaper price. When I pushed for the price guarantee the dealership told me Costco has access to a manufacturers coupon that Honda didn't have so they could not match the price. The tire guarantee Honda advertises is fraudulent. Shop around for the best price. (3) I brought my Pilot in for regular servicing. Just prior to my servicing the emissions light went on... long story short the light had to do with low oil and some technical issues. The servicing was complete, the oil was topped up and I was told I needed a new pressure switch. which I authorized (an additional $500 to my bill). The light is rest and I am on my way. Six months later same issue, service is coming due and the emissions light comes on... technician says it has to do with low oil and some technical issues... This time I am facing a $2,400 invoice. Seems to me if the problem was fixed properly in August 2018 I wouldn't be facing a $2,400 bill in February 2019... It makes you wonder how competent these technicians really are or if the service is designed to constantly up sell the customer. More

He was super helpful without a hint of sales pressure, and when I changed my mind about purchasing an EV and asked for my deposit back, he was very gracious. It was such a pleasant change to work with a dealership that simply gives you their best price and doesn’t haggle. From my research on-line and after going back and forth on price with a couple of other dealerships, I would say Westwood seems to have the best price on used Nissan Leafs. More

What a place! Our family is about to get bigger so we decided to trade-in our 2017 CRV for a 2019 Pilot Touring. We knew that we would have negative equity having Our family is about to get bigger so we decided to trade-in our 2017 CRV for a 2019 Pilot Touring. We knew that we would have negative equity having only had the CRV for little over a year. I know you are supposed to review these things before signing however, 24 hours after signing the contract papers I decided to see just how much negative equity there was included in the monthly payments and how much more I'd be paying than another customer sans trade-in. To my shock and awe, the bi-weekly payments are only $2 (yes, two dollars) more than if I had no vehicle with negative equity to trade in. I don't know how they did it but I am thoroughly impressed. Very rude service staff I have been long time loyal customer of Westwood Honda and bought all cars there. Love their service until recently I took the car in for servicing. The service guy Mark was unfriendly, rude and very intimidating. He would not let me see the invoice and yelled at me. It only needs one guy with poor customer service to ruin the dealership’s reputation. It’s a shame that he represents Honda, he needs some coaching and retraining on customer service! More

I was interested in two vehicles, he took the time to do a 3 min video inside each vehicle to show me the differencences and benefits. He met me on his off hours and spent a lot of time with the test drive. It was as a great buying experience all the way through, I would absolutely recommend buying from Westwood Honda. They take the time to make it personal with such a big purchase and it was very important to me. More
