Test drive was very pleasant and worked on the deal right away. He also helped explain to me the special rates offered. We reached the deal on the same day. He also respected my time and just finished the most important signing first and we finished off the other documents second day. Great customer service at Westwood Honda I first went out to Westwood Honda last summer when I started thinking of replacing my 24-year old Toyota Camry with an electric car. I met with Lynn I first went out to Westwood Honda last summer when I started thinking of replacing my 24-year old Toyota Camry with an electric car. I met with Lynn who impressed me with her knowledge of EV’s. Since the Scrap-It program had run out of funding at that time, I decided to wait till it was funded again. Lynn contacted me when that happened, and in early January I was ready to scrap my old car and buy a 2015 Nissan Leaf. Throughout the process we got excellent help and advice from Lynn. There was no pressure on her part and all my many and often silly EV questions were answered professionally. I have now been driving my EV for nearly three months and just LOVE it! Living on the North Shore I have to keep the many hills in mind, as these affect the range of my Leaf, but it is actually fun to drive again! More
