We ordered a RAV 4 XLE from Westminster Toyota in May; however, to date, we have not received the vehicle, which can be understood due to specific reasons. On June 29th, 2022, while checking online for availability, I came across a RAV 4 XLE Premium, which had been a cancellation. Therefore, I spoke to the salesperson in charge of my order. He said that the vehicle was available and the original customer for this vehicle had a protection package and asked whether it was fine for me to pay an extra cost. First, I disagreed, but later, when he said that the protection package cost was already included in the sale price as per the post on Facebook, I agreed and asked if I could come and purchase the vehicle. Suddenly he messaged me and said that his manager informed him that it was already sold. Even though he said that I kept checking on Facebook for similar vehicles and came across the same vehicle posted by another salesperson of the same location a few minutes back, mentioning that it was available. Then I contacted this salesperson who had posted on Facebook a few minutes back named GARRY ARORA, and he confirmed that the vehicle was available. Then I contacted my salesperson and asked him if the car was available or not because GARRY confirmed that it was available. Then he checked with GARRY and took his word since GARRY had confirmed with his manager. So, they asked us to come to the Westminster Toyota, and on our way, I received a message from my salesperson mentioning that they could not sell the vehicle and that they needed to hold this until tomorrow. However, we went and waited for some time for GARRY and our salesperson to attend to our matter. GARRY spoke to us first, blamed us, and acted like it was not his fault for misleading us and wasting our time and money. Suppose anyone is looking to buy a vehicle from Westminster Toyota, refrain from the salesperson GARRY ARORA as clearly, he lacks professionalism and customer service skills and acts like he knows everything. As customers, we trust dealers like Toyota more than car sales, but anyone can be unfortunate like us if we meet senseless humans like GARRY. More

The worst experience that I had in my life with car dealer! I love Toyota and I always own Toyota because of reliability and honesty, but this dealer is the shame on respected Toyota brand name, the ma dealer! I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and the customer service has been very poor. To start, I still have NOT received my copy of the paperwork or warranty information. I have left repeated messages and no one has returned my calls. My sales guy, Karan, was good. However the rest of the shop has let me down. They said they would clean the vehicle and polish some scratches and the scratches were not addressed. I have extended warranties and have asked for information on how to use the coverage and still have no copy of the warranty. They were more than happy to make the sale but have no interest in service after sale. They want to sell you a vehicle but have no interest in you after they get paid. More

This dealership marked up the selling price with additional about $3100 for caremic coating on all brand new cars. All buyers must buy with it. He showed me the treader.ca website for some 2021 model rav4 hybrid thay costs more then new 2022 rav4 hybrid. At that time, I asked KARAN few times about that I have 2013 Sienna base model, no accident with 109000km for trade in. I want to know that how much my car worth. He told me to bring the Sienna in, then he will know how much that they will pay. Today, I back there with my Sienna. He didn't look at it. He showed me the trader.ca with trade in pricing at fair condition about $9150 to $11000. He told me that if your cartrade in price which is less than $9150. Is he crazy? My car is no accident, no body damage, no rust, inside is clean with only. 109000km..Also, with some genuine toyota accessories installed. If he let me know my sienna approximated trade in price is about $9000, I don't need to waste my time and gas go over there again. In trader.ca, most 2013 Sienna with over 150000km.is asking $20000. People should think about it before go to this dealership. Don't waste the time!! More
I went in to buy a 2022 RAV4 at advertised prize of $40,840. They wanted $66,000 at the store because market value of used cars went up.
