Their service department is excellent too—quick to get warranty work handled and always professional. Overall, I’m really happy with how everything went. Great team and great service all around! Thankfully I had picked up the Avantguard warranty when I bought it – and I’m really glad I did. The repair ended up being over $6,000, but I only had to pay a $100 deductible. The rest was fully covered, no stress at all. What really stood out to me was the after-sales support. Westminster Toyota stood fully behind the warranty and made sure everything was handled properly. That kind of service and follow-through is a big plus in my books. The Avantguard warranty totally paid for itself, and I’d highly recommend it if you’re buying a used vehicle. Overall still very happy with the RAV4 and the team at Westminster Toyota. My partner and I have leased and purchased several Toyota vehicles over the years. Most recently, we bought a RAV4 Hybrid XSE from Westminster Toyota. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating and left us very disappointed. When we switched from our CHR lease to the RAV4, we were never told there would be a $19,000 early termination fee from ending the lease early. We only discovered this after signing the new contract. Had we known, we would’ve taken more time to decide or stayed with the CHR longer. We tried to address this by scheduling a meeting with the sales rep and manager. The meeting was confirmed—but when my partner arrived (after driving 30 minutes), neither of them showed up. The front desk said they weren’t in. This was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful of our time. While we understand that once a contract is signed, it becomes our responsibility, we believe transparency is key—especially when it comes to major financial decisions like leasing and buying cars. We are recent graduates and still learning about how car financing works. Instead of being guided, we felt rushed and misinformed. If you’re a new buyer or not very familiar with leasing or financing, I strongly recommend going to a different Toyota dealership. Westminster Toyota did not take the time to explain important details or help us understand what we were signing. We expected better support and transparency. Toyota as a brand is great—but sadly, this dealership does not reflect that level of care. More
