With lack of car sales I found service up sell to be rampit. You need this, need that, only $100.00 more etc... I went for a battery recall and was told it would take an hour then I was told I need a rampit. You need this, need that, only $100.00 more etc... I went for a battery recall and was told it would take an hour then I was told I need a new battery. It is a recall so I said bill Toyota and replace it. I was told it would cost me over $200.00 for a recall? Something fishy indeed. Turns out the recall is for the battery bracket! Yea... A change happened with this franchise, not for the better in my opinion. Looking for another reputable franchise, if they exist. More

I was looking for a pre owned car actively in this crazy insane over inflated market. The sales rep Kalpesh was very accommodating and set me up with a test drive When I arrived the car was ready to go and insane over inflated market. This was no big deal for them and I arrived back the next day and had a great test experience. I ended up closing the deal today and negotiating a fair price for the car. Overall the experience was positive with minimal stress. Any disagreements during the purchase were resolved quickly and I look forward to returning in the future. More
