high prices, rude owner I dont write many reviews but after my experience at this dealership, I would advise everybody to steer clear. I was interested in a Tacoma. I was unsure about purchasing it at the price they quoted me. They said I could put $1000 down to hold the vehicle but was 100% refundable if I changed my mind. The next day I went to Open Road Toyota in Port Coquitlam. Right off the bat with out any haggling they offered a price that was almost $2000 less then what Westminster Toyota offered me. I went to get my deposit back from Westminster, the owner came out, called me a liar to my face in front of other customers and told me he wouldnt be refunding me my money and if I wanted it back I would have to take him to court. Obviously, I got a called American Express and disputed the charge as a fraudulent merchant and got my money back right away. Prices are higher here by far. They are a private dealership and dont have the buying power of some of the larger groups like Open Road. The sales people are ok but only looking out for themselves and trying to take as much money from the customer as possible. The owner is also rude, unprofessional, and a crook. Based on my experiences I would avoid this place at all costs. More

Unprofessional This is a very shady dealership that will screw you around, absolutely unprofessional. I know that can be said about many, but here's the story. In the end after being told I had a deal and to come one in, I am later told that the deal is off, but should feel lucky to get it at that price. But also, first off I called one night to talk to the guy I first met there, he says "no we can't do that deal, we actually have people coming in tonight see it." Then coincidentally I get a call from another guy I sent an email about the car to, and he also says no we can't do that deal, but with him there are no other people coming in to look at the car (clearly they didn't coordinate well). Then he calls me and says we have a deal, which is later thrown back in my face. They should have taken responsibility for an employee's mistake, it was very unprofessional. Toyota is awesome, just find a different dealership. More

Bought a RAV4 2013 with Excellent customer service I would like to give a thumbs up to this dealer, specially to Harvinder Tinna and John Chung. What makes this dealer so good is their personal attention and understanding of our needs on the used car. Both Harv and John are friendly and the moment they told us how commited they are to customer service they convinced us. We went to other dealers and the others don't care if you are buying or not to them and so they offer a lame service, whereas with Westminster Toyota my wife and I got fast service, excellent attention to minimum details and good follow up with us. Totally recommend it, I will get back to Westminster Toyota for a trade in in a couple of years from now :D More
