Harv requested a deposit, but we wanted to come home to discuss. We made the decision the next day ( Sunday (Manuel's day off). We called the Dealership & spoke to Harv. Manuel, actually came in on his day off. As our Sale progressed Manuel was right on top of returning any calls, immediately, whether on his work day, or day off. That is over & above the call of duty. We were impressed. If there were any minor glitches along the way of our sale (i.e.) Typo overcharge for Auto replacement) it was dealt with immediately & corrected. We purchased our 2004 Toyota Sienna from here, previously and my trade-in car from another Toyota Dealership (17 years ago). Westminster Toyota has been Servicing both of those vehicles for years. Our experience with Westminster Toyota has been very favorable over the years & that is why we came back for our new car. Customer Loyalty is probably one of the greatest assets a Car Dealership can cultivate. When my Husband upgrades his car it will likely be with them. I have a Customer Service/Sales background & I recognize GOOD SERVICE when I get it. More

Looking to trade in my current 2009 Toyota for a newer 2014 model, Thomas was really friendly and helpful at first, Although I told him not to call me as I have his card and I'll call him when I'm ready, 2014 model, Thomas was really friendly and helpful at first, Although I told him not to call me as I have his card and I'll call him when I'm ready, But NO, HE Called/Annoyed me EVERY 2nd day for 2 weeks, after taking New Toyota for a test drive for a 2nd time so he would leave me alone, I was ready to make an offer, As Thomas told me there would be their Appraiser on site to "appraise my trade in", well there was NO Appraiser on site and I do know the Black Book value for my Toyota and my Toyota is in pristine condition with low km's. Thomas decides himself that my vehicle is worth $5,000. less than the lowest price listed that is in the Black Book Value. And he wouldn't negotiate on the new Toyota, he expected me to pay sticker. So I walked out of the Dealership. Oh and he also wanted me to troubleshoot the problem he was having with his computer, while we were trying to talk about a deal. I don't know if this was a distraction tactic or not, but it didn't work. I walked out. (He didn't really care as he had a Chinese couple waiting to talk to him about another car). And I already had another dealer that offered me a $2,000. discount off MSRP on the same new model Toyota, but I wanted the one Westminster had because of options and colour. At least the other dealer was willing to give me the Black Book Value for my trade In. I'd stay away from Westminster Toyota for buying a New Toyota, low ball offers on trade in's and unwilling to negotiate on retail prices. Not Good in my books. More
Bought a new Camry LE + Navigation, Power seat, Rear camera, in May 1st 2013 for $30600 Cash ($27000 before Tax) Tried to trade My Camry (6000kms) for a Venza 2013, Michael Wong would offer me onl camera, in May 1st 2013 for $30600 Cash ($27000 before Tax) Tried to trade My Camry (6000kms) for a Venza 2013, Michael Wong would offer me only $19000 Trade-In value After I told him that I would like $22000 for my Camry, he would not even send me a quote of a Venza when there a $3000 incentive My engine light can on after only 6200 kms, contacted the service department, they refused to have a look at it on a Saturday, told me just drive it like that until the following Saturday. I was forced to phone around, and eventually found Regency Toyota was kind enough to have a look at it, turns out that the fuel cap might have been loose. Just a 5 minutes job that they were able to squeeze into their busy schedule. I will never buy a car from Westminister Toyota and would never recommend them to any of my friends. More
Having purchased a car from Westminster Toyota I found the service to be awful. They were unable to give me an accurate quote for the car and transfered me to any department possible to try and pass the b the service to be awful. They were unable to give me an accurate quote for the car and transfered me to any department possible to try and pass the buck. After putting a deposit down on the car we returned a week later to purchase it. However, once we got home and changed the display settings (which had been changed from the odometer to trip km counter) we found an additional 600km on the car which was not present when we test drove the car. They refused to believe me when I told them about it. All in all I have been left with a sour taste in my mouth from the purchase of my first car and I will never be going back to this dealership again. I would definately recommend visiting Jim Patterson in the future. More
