Melvin treated everything with such confidence and friendliness that I knew I would leave happily. I live on the North Shore, but I can guarantee that I will definitely be back not only for other cars, but to service my car too. If Melvin and Roger, the finance guy, were so incredible, I have no doubts about their service department. Really people, there's a stigma around car salespeople that is completely unwarranted at this dealership (trust me, it's warranted at some other dealerships) Melvin is the kindest, most professional salesperson and really had my best interests at heart. I was greeted by a likable young man named Melvin who, after taking time to understand what I was looking for, took us for a test drive. By the evening I drove away as a happy owner of a 2011 Highlander. Throughout the entire visit I found Melvin to be very professional and knowledgeable - with a friendly, no-pressure style - and was very patient in answering my stream of questions. We also met Sales Manager Harvinder who, along with the upstairs office folks, were all friendly and easy to deal with even though they were very busy. In general, the whole process was quite painless and easy so I would recommend people visit this dealer if they are looking for a new or used Toyota. More

high prices, rude owner I dont write many reviews but after my experience at this dealership, I would advise everybody to steer clear. I was interested in a Tacoma. I was unsure about purchasing it at the price they quoted me. They said I could put $1000 down to hold the vehicle but was 100% refundable if I changed my mind. The next day I went to Open Road Toyota in Port Coquitlam. Right off the bat with out any haggling they offered a price that was almost $2000 less then what Westminster Toyota offered me. I went to get my deposit back from Westminster, the owner came out, called me a liar to my face in front of other customers and told me he wouldnt be refunding me my money and if I wanted it back I would have to take him to court. Obviously, I got a called American Express and disputed the charge as a fraudulent merchant and got my money back right away. Prices are higher here by far. They are a private dealership and dont have the buying power of some of the larger groups like Open Road. The sales people are ok but only looking out for themselves and trying to take as much money from the customer as possible. The owner is also rude, unprofessional, and a crook. Based on my experiences I would avoid this place at all costs. More
