I went in there 100 pm to see what kind of offer I can get even though my 2013 Highlander was in good condition and had new winter tires installed. I wasn't expecting to exchange my car but Salesman Sunil and Manager Harv hammered a good deal for me on a lease for a 2016 Highlander by late afternoon. The 2016 Highlander performed well in Lower Mainlands snow/freeze spell that started Dec. 5, 2016. When my lease is up in 3 years they invited me to perhaps upgrade again. That time just might be my third dealing since the previous two sales there went without a hitch. More
