When some other issues came up after further inspection, he phoned me promptly and described in detail what they were advising be done to remedy. I never felt pressured to proceed but the trust we have developed over the years in keeping my 2004 Corolla rolling into and (hopefully) much beyond the 200 thousand Km on her, made me listen and agree to the added services. A cleaned vehicle and smiling faces greeted me for the pick up so I freely passed over the plastic card. I happened to overhear the way Cary was trying to help a senior citizen reduce his wait time - I hope someone looks after me when I'm in that stage of life; coming sooner than I likely realize... Thanks for looking after my needs once again. More
