Needed a new key Went in to replace a lost key. Was given a brand new HRV to drive while we waited, upon return we were pleasantly surprised to see that they had also Went in to replace a lost key. Was given a brand new HRV to drive while we waited, upon return we were pleasantly surprised to see that they had also taken care of our airbag recall at the same time! Helpful because we live an hours drive away from the dealer and it eliminated a second trip to have that addressed. More

Great Group of People I will say that I was a little surprised the manager didn't introduce himself to me after the deal was made, but aside from that, everyone was stellar I will say that I was a little surprised the manager didn't introduce himself to me after the deal was made, but aside from that, everyone was stellar. Sam in particular has a really relaxed and informal style that made the purchase decision a lot smoother (as I am anxious, terribly indecisive and pretty stubborn). He was patient, attentive, informative and engaged throughout the process. They really push the "family line" a lot, but it felt genuine as I worked seamlessly with two sales associates given my need to have the sale take place around my own unpredictable work schedule. I would strongly recommend a visit to Westgate Honda and particularly to do business with Sam Saker or David Gormandy. Ask David about his birds. The business manager was also quite efficient and while encouraging some warranty upsell certainly wasn't aggressive. More
