But was disappointed with how they handled my interior leather which got stained with some chemical, I don't know if they covered my seat when mechanic get in and out from the my vehicle..I don't know if the chemical stain will be their forever. Last time they switched my winter tires, tire valves don't have their cap on. So frustrating!!! More

Costumer service complain I took my 2010 Accord to this dealer for a recall repair by Honda ( misfired cylinder 3 ). I had a great experience; Jason Rowswell was very professio I took my 2010 Accord to this dealer for a recall repair by Honda ( misfired cylinder 3 ). I had a great experience; Jason Rowswell was very professional and respectful and also the driver for the shuttle service was such a great person. 2 days later my ingition light turned on again so my wife went and dealt with Jason once more and the service was great. The diagnostic was done, service call charge paid, and I decided to take it from there. The next day I called with a question and unfortunately Jason was on vacation so I had to deal with another costumer service person named Kevin. Oh my god what an experience! He was condescending and very rude and defensive. He alluded to the fact that I just got a $2500 dollar job for 'free' when all I had phoned to ask was for specific information regarding the oxygen sensor needed (as per the diagnostic completed yesterday). I just wanted to make sure that I had the right part but the conversation became heated because of Kevin's tone and 'greater-than-thou' attitude. He didn't think I knew what I was talking about and talked down to me. Not a good choice for a customer service rep. :(. Saul Lopez More
Brakes CRV 2015 I brought in my 2015 CRV for a tire pressure warning lite issue. Turned out I needed rear brakes. I thought the service department did a good job in isolating the problem. I mentioned to them that rear brakes should not need replacing at 40,000 km. Their response was that I should have had the brakes serviced. Did not buy that story. I REPEAT: BRAKES SHOULD NOT BE NEED REPLACING AT 40 KM. HOWEVER, IT FELL ON DEAF EARS. Very DISAPPOINTED IN HONDA for having to put new rear brakes on a car with 40,000 km. Looks like Honda going the same route as other car manufacturers. Cheap parts that wear out quickly.. Never had this problem with the last 3 honda's that I leased and all drive by the same person. I guess my problem is that I am from the period when they made cars to last. George More
