My wife on several occasions has dropped by the service department without an appointment over some minor issues and they've always taken the time to help her out. It is very busy dealership because of the popularity of their vehicles, so sometimes there may be a bit of a wait, but never to the point of being an issue. In addition we traded my wife's old vehicle in on the new one and were given fair value for the old car. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from these people. More

Terrible Customer Service Decided to bite the bullet and spend the money on a Honda. Have had a service issue since taking home my vehicle. Have been in several times to have Decided to bite the bullet and spend the money on a Honda. Have had a service issue since taking home my vehicle. Have been in several times to have the issue repaired, each time being told it was fixed. finding out the next day that the problem was still there. Their final suggestion is to have me pay to have the issue fixed. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. More
