They always seem to be able to get my vehicle in with minimal notice and while I am kept informed about my vehicle's services, I never feel like they are just trying to get another upsell. Manager Altaf's behaviour was very rude. Our deal got cancelled due to his behaviour. Never going to this place again and will never recommend this place to anyone. More

Very good experience over the years I've owned several new vehicles and have had to deal with a number of different dealerships and Mayfield has been the best by far. We bought a Prius H I've owned several new vehicles and have had to deal with a number of different dealerships and Mayfield has been the best by far. We bought a Prius Hybrid from them in 2012 and have had regular dealings with them for service and they have always been really good. The sales staff is very friendly, helpful and not pushy at all. The service department to me is probably what stands out the most. Very few places will treat you as well as they do and I've never had to argue a "stupid" charge. We had a couple instances where they needed our vehicle for more than a day to troubleshoot electrical issues and we were given a complementary vehicle, our car was detailed for free when returned to us, and they didn't try to charge us extra. If your thinking about buying a Toyota this would be the place to go. More
