I was briefed about my new SUV complete A to Z features and specs. even familiarization with my new RAV 4, Danny was not in a hurry at all at any time, he gave his all available time to us to make us satisfied before we can buy the SUV. I would recommend if you are planning to buy a vehicle get into touch with Danny, he will understand your requirements and mold all for you so that it is comfortable for you and you leave very happily. I receive such a great level of service every visit. They always seem to be able to get my vehicle in with minimal notice and while I am kept informed about my vehicle's services, I never feel like they are just trying to get another upsell. The staff is always so friendly as well. The coffee is pretty good too! More

We were about to sign the papers but at the very last minute they said their manager is asking for $1000 more and my old car. Those guys never keep their words especially their manager. Manager Altaf's behaviour was very rude. Our deal got cancelled due to his behaviour. Never going to this place again and will never recommend this place to anyone. More

Very good experience over the years I've owned several new vehicles and have had to deal with a number of different dealerships and Mayfield has been the best by far. We bought a Prius H I've owned several new vehicles and have had to deal with a number of different dealerships and Mayfield has been the best by far. We bought a Prius Hybrid from them in 2012 and have had regular dealings with them for service and they have always been really good. The sales staff is very friendly, helpful and not pushy at all. The service department to me is probably what stands out the most. Very few places will treat you as well as they do and I've never had to argue a "stupid" charge. We had a couple instances where they needed our vehicle for more than a day to troubleshoot electrical issues and we were given a complementary vehicle, our car was detailed for free when returned to us, and they didn't try to charge us extra. If your thinking about buying a Toyota this would be the place to go. More
Very disappointing service I dropped off my car to get my Highlander smart key programmed so all my doors would unlock when I touched the driver's door. I also needed the rear arm rest latch to be adjusted as it was very difficult to keep it locked in the up position (warranty work). I was told it would take 1-1 1/2 hrs so I should wait because the shuttle will only come and get me if it's 2 hrs or more. After waiting at their location for 2 hours and 20 minutes they gave me back my car saying the work was done. I touched the driver's door handle and only the driver's door would unlock (exactly the same as when I gave it to them). The rear armrest was "lubricated" and it is still as stubborn as ever. I walked back inside and told them the door is not programmed to unlock all the doors. What did they do with my car for 2 hours and 20 minutes? They said maybe I wasn't locking it and grabbing the door handle correctly. They clearly didn't know how do it. After waiting another 1 1/2 hrs they said they have never had a customer ask for this before programming before and even though the Toyota manual says the dealer can customize the driver door to unlock all the doors they cannot get it programmed to do so. I left very disappointed. I googled it after I got home and found the answer in 10 minutes on a priuschat.com. It's too bad I didn't do that to begin with, but since I needed the armrest adjusted I never thought they wouldn't know how to program the door locks. The fix: Easy...with the power off in the car, sit in the car and hold the lock and unlock buttons down on the smart key fob at the same time, until the dash display shows all four doors opened. What a waste of my time! I phoned them the next morning and left a message for the service person that I had found the answer online. Later she left me a message back saying they figured it out 10 minutes after I left. Did anyone call me to tell me they figured it out?? Nope. I won't be back. More

Once the sale was completed and the papers were signed for $$ you are just another one!! no one informed about the pickup date/time as promised and an hour before dealership closes the sales person calls asking are you going to pick up your vehicle today!! I was told I will get a referral fee 3 of my friends bought sienna vans, never got anything. At the end I was ashamed of asking and reminding and gave up on that. My friend got ripped off on interest rate. So nothing so great about this dealership, if you need a vehicle you do the research and shop around never trust any dealership, they are there to get your money !!! the sweet talk does not really matter. More
