Not impressed with Toyota, we have two Corolla's one purchased in Sherwood Park and one purchased at Mayfield Toyota. Car is very reliable, but Service Department at Mayfield Rude!. Recommend Toyota's but do you Homework when buy them from specific dealerships. Free Oil Changes for 7 years are not free you have to pay for their service plan which is more than the oil change and if you do not do this they will VOID the free oil changes and the now free oil changes are $50.00. More

We have bought 3 cars with this dealership so far we always go back to them, I guess the finance department really knows how to get you approved. First we came in just to look for used vehicles but the always go back to them, I guess the finance department really knows how to get you approved. First we came in just to look for used vehicles but the sales staffs always wanted us to get brand new so as new buyers we did and then again on our 2nd one fall onto the same trap. On our 3rd purchase I was so impressed with Tommy Soritho because he never did push us on getting a brand new one he was not being pushy, he by far out of all the sales guys that we know didn't pressure us in getting a new vehicle and worked with us to get what we want. Good job on that one tommy but now the vehicle that we purchased is having that tire pressure gauge issue which we did have the first time we took the vehicle home but we brought it back to have it fixed. It got fixed but then everytime it gets cold or when it gets parked for the night it comes on again which is driving me nuts. I hope I hear from them soon on what to do about it since I already left a message. But all in all I am impressed with Tommy and of course Karim in finance which could do magic. More

We have bought 2 vehicle with this dealership and they are the worst just because we don't know better they have made us overpay on our 2nd car. The financing guy told us we can't get approved if we don't are the worst just because we don't know better they have made us overpay on our 2nd car. The financing guy told us we can't get approved if we don't include the life insurance and the sales guy said we need the extra stuffs for our car in order to get approved. they have scammed my friends that i recommended here too and they told us that they will give us some incentive if we recommend friends and they never did. even the finance guy owes us money from our previous deal. they are big scammers they scammed my friends. such heartless fools. if i had known better i would have reported the finance guy for telling us that the only way that they can approve our deal if we take the life insurance and all those add ons that they put on the paperworks. Please stay away from Mayfield. Try other toyota dealers because this guys never treat u right they only want your money and if you are already down they will even step on you more and take the last drop of your money to get more commission on their pocket. They are heartless and they won't even let you leave and exhaust you so much that you give in. More
