That is a life changing experience for my family to witness a drive of comfort. My family can't have done it without the help from Michiel Lampa and Mr. Hassan. They truly guided us and showed us that everything was possible to own a fabulous vehicle and it was worth it. Thank you both and Toyota for having this apportuniy. More

We bought a Prius H I've owned several new vehicles and have had to deal with a number of different dealerships and Mayfield has been the best by far. We bought a Prius Hybrid from them in 2012 and have had regular dealings with them for service and they have always been really good. The sales staff is very friendly, helpful and not pushy at all. The service department to me is probably what stands out the most. Very few places will treat you as well as they do and I've never had to argue a "stupid" charge. We had a couple instances where they needed our vehicle for more than a day to troubleshoot electrical issues and we were given a complementary vehicle, our car was detailed for free when returned to us, and they didn't try to charge us extra. If your thinking about buying a Toyota this would be the place to go. More
Very disappointing service I dropped off my car to get my Highlander smart key programmed so all my doors would unlock when I touched the driver's door. I also needed the rear a I dropped off my car to get my Highlander smart key programmed so all my doors would unlock when I touched the driver's door. I also needed the rear arm rest latch to be adjusted as it was very difficult to keep it locked in the up position (warranty work). I was told it would take 1-1 1/2 hrs so I should wait because the shuttle will only come and get me if it's 2 hrs or more. After waiting at their location for 2 hours and 20 minutes they gave me back my car saying the work was done. I touched the driver's door handle and only the driver's door would unlock (exactly the same as when I gave it to them). The rear armrest was "lubricated" and it is still as stubborn as ever. I walked back inside and told them the door is not programmed to unlock all the doors. What did they do with my car for 2 hours and 20 minutes? They said maybe I wasn't locking it and grabbing the door handle correctly. They clearly didn't know how do it. After waiting another 1 1/2 hrs they said they have never had a customer ask for this before programming before and even though the Toyota manual says the dealer can customize the driver door to unlock all the doors they cannot get it programmed to do so. I left very disappointed. I googled it after I got home and found the answer in 10 minutes on a priuschat.com. It's too bad I didn't do that to begin with, but since I needed the armrest adjusted I never thought they wouldn't know how to program the door locks. The fix: Easy...with the power off in the car, sit in the car and hold the lock and unlock buttons down on the smart key fob at the same time, until the dash display shows all four doors opened. What a waste of my time! I phoned them the next morning and left a message for the service person that I had found the answer online. Later she left me a message back saying they figured it out 10 minutes after I left. Did anyone call me to tell me they figured it out?? Nope. I won't be back. More
Typical dealership, nothing great about this one either Bought a brand new Sienna Limited. Once the sale was completed and the papers were signed for $$ you are just another one!! no one informed about the pickup date/time as promised and an hour before dealership closes the sales person calls asking are you going to pick up your vehicle today!! I was told I will get a referral fee 3 of my friends bought sienna vans, never got anything. At the end I was ashamed of asking and reminding and gave up on that. My friend got ripped off on interest rate. So nothing so great about this dealership, if you need a vehicle you do the research and shop around never trust any dealership, they are there to get your money !!! the sweet talk does not really matter. They will tell you 2.99%, then later they will inform you that you are not qualified for the rate. Instead, i will find a bank for you, then they will start to give you 7 %, then if you dont like it they will lower it to 6% so on etc...then theynwill lower it to 4% but they will increase the years of payment. That's a big joke. Even if you are qualied for the toyota financing, they will tell you that you are not. They will jack up the interest rate, that is the way they make money. Watch out for that trick More

Laughed when we wanted to look at the base model, saying it was no good, and Could not answer basic questions about the vehicle. The visit was drawn out to 2 hours and despite saying repeatedly that we wanted to take the paperwork and think About it he asked for a deposit more than once. The entire time I was treated with condescension, and rudeness. I could not get out of there fast enough. We bought a Honda. More

I asked him if his dealership offers life-time free oil changes, and he said no. He says it's a bad idea, and for me to look online at all the complaints this service receives. However, I have this service on my Toyota Tundra from Mayfield and it's been really good. So much so, that I will likely not buy from that dealership, because my lengthy service history with Mayfield has been so good! I go to Mayfield every 8,000km for Toyota scheduled maintenance, so I've been there now about 25 times. I also only go to this dealership because I negotiated free lifetime oil-changes when I bought the vehicle. I like it mainly because its saves me a lot of money. My neighborhood oil-change shop charges $80(because the oil reservoir for the Tundra is substantially larger than normal). 25 x $80 is $2000. When my truck needs additional work, like brakes, tires, or a windshield, the dealership gives me a cost, but I never feel pressured from them to have the work done. Their communications has been excellent, the prices seem to be market-based for dealerships, and I've never had to go back for poor workmanship. Overall, my experience from having bought a vehicle from them was excellent, and after about 25 times of maintenance service, I have not had a complaint yet. More
Poor Customer Service I called to have my vehicle booked in for service three weeks in advance as I was going to be traveling from High Level Alberta. I was told that I wou I called to have my vehicle booked in for service three weeks in advance as I was going to be traveling from High Level Alberta. I was told that I would be unable to recieve a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was being serviced as my service would take 2hrs. When I expressed that I was traveling 9hrs from out of town to have the service completed and had multiple things to do during my time in Edmonton the service person I spoke with advised that he would speak with his manager. When he returned to our conversation he advised that his manager Dan deemed that I would not be able to recieve a loaner vehicle as my appointment time wasn't long enough. I have always had my service completed at Country Hills Toyota and South Pointe Toyota in Calgary, both are owned by the same owner of Mayfield Toyota and have never experienced this issue. When I expressed this to the person I was speaking with they advised that they were not sure of why the standard was different for their location. I have had been a Toyota customer for 9 years now and I have always had great service at the two other locations I have been too, and I am extremely disappointed in the service I recieved today from Mayfield Toyota, that I have refused to take my vehicle to their location for service and would highly recommend that others look at other dealerships for their service needs. Because my family was down to one vehicle, travel between different dealerships to find the best vehicle for the best price was difficult. Mayfield Toyota was one of the few dealerships in the Edmonton area that was MORE THAN WILLING to communicate via e-mail, including initial discussions on price. This was greatly appreciated. Andrew was terrific to deal with. Mayfield Toyota came in with the best price on the 2014 model of the car we were looking for. It was only due to the fact that another dealership had a new 2013 (older) model for a better price that we ended up going elsewhere. Great job on up-front e-mail communications Andrew. We will definitely be dealing with you in the future when we need a new Toyota. I would fully recommend anyone looking for a Toyota contact Andrew @ Mayfield Toyota Scion! More
