Responsive, knowledgeable, friendly I would go back to Mayfield to purchase another vehicle. There was no games in the negotiation or pricing agreement. Getting complacent Mayfield Toyota phined me about getting my airbag recall taken care of. I booked a time and asked about getting shuttle bus ride from Edmonton to Spru Mayfield Toyota phined me about getting my airbag recall taken care of. I booked a time and asked about getting shuttle bus ride from Edmonton to Spruce Grove,which is about a 15 minute drive. They wouldn't offer one, although they were willing to drive anywhere else in the city. Tat left me with the choice of sitting at the dealership for at least three hours, or booking the service somewhere else. Fortunatly their competition was happy tp drive me home and pick me up. Mayfield Toyota has been around a while, and I think they're resting on their laurels. If they won't go the extra mile (literally!) for their customers, I'll go to someone who will. More
