Great buy. Terrible customer service after purchasing. Bought my vehicle in July. Was told 5000 aeroplan points will be updated to my account. Points have not been updated yet. Just randomly checked and found out. They are prompt and fast in selling the car initially but after buying experience is unprofessional and poor. More

Dealership provided documentation of exactly what maintenance had been done. I made a fair offer on truck based on Black Book and VMR values, and it was accepted. Finally, third party inspection revealed no meaningful problems with the vehicle. I wish the other dealerships I have dealt with showed as much integrity. More
