Fantastic Sales Experience, Disappointing Financing Service I had a wonderful experience with Michael Linterman in Sales. He was extremely knowledgeable and skilled. He knew the answer to every question I asked I had a wonderful experience with Michael Linterman in Sales. He was extremely knowledgeable and skilled. He knew the answer to every question I asked and took the time to explain the car to me, as well as my options with financing and leasing. I would recommend him in a heartbeat! Thank you, Michael! He was the best car sales person that I dealt with in my search for a new vehicle. However, I was very disappointed with my experience and how I was treated by the finance team. The person that I dealt with was very unprofessional, unorganized, and the whole experience felt rushed. He did not explain things well, and instead of professionally explaining different packages/upgrades scribbled numbers on a blank piece of paper and did not adequately explain anything. It was a very frustrating experience. Then, when I went to register my vehicle afterwards it turned out that he messed up my bill of sale and forgot the VIN number, which meant a long wait waiting for him to fix his mistake. Very, very, very disappointing. Overall, I highly recommend Mayfield Toyota and Michael, but I'm left with a bit of a sour taste in my mouth because my experience with the person in finance. More

Terrible experience Mayfield has ignored a year’s worth of emails for a block heater included in the sale of the vehicle- it was a condition of the sale as I live in the Mayfield has ignored a year’s worth of emails for a block heater included in the sale of the vehicle- it was a condition of the sale as I live in the North. A year later- no block heater. Toyota Canada says it is Mayfield’s responsibility as it was their sale- not at all helpful. I have consulted a legal opinion. This has been the worst car buying experience ever- I will never buy another Toyota again. More
