I know I am at a significant disadvantage as I purchase a new vehicle about once every eight to ten years. How can I "win" when I'm negotiating with someone who sells cars for a living? When I left Mayfield Toyota I felt pretty good. I believed, and still do, that I received a fair price for my trade-in and received a similarly good deal on my new car. I felt Andy was forthcoming and genuinely wanted us to work our way to a place where we could both be happy. He lacked the shine that many car salesmen possess. I would definitely recommend him and Mayfield Toyota to family and friends! More
