Terrible experience Mayfield has ignored a year’s worth of emails for a block heater included in the sale of the vehicle- it was a condition of the sale as I live in the Mayfield has ignored a year’s worth of emails for a block heater included in the sale of the vehicle- it was a condition of the sale as I live in the North. A year later- no block heater. Toyota Canada says it is Mayfield’s responsibility as it was their sale- not at all helpful. I have consulted a legal opinion.
