Well i am not sure if the reviews on this website I see are fake reviews or employees working for this dealership but to sum up this dealership honestly what a bunch of crooks!. We bought our new Toyota f are fake reviews or employees working for this dealership but to sum up this dealership honestly what a bunch of crooks!. We bought our new Toyota from this dealership 2.5 years ago and sure the salesman selling the vehicles insideare very good (low pressure and professional etc) the experience with this dealership goes way down from there once you decide to purchase your new Toyota. Once you purchase you are escorted and directed to the finance department to finalize the sale etc. But once you at Mayfield Toyota finance department look out and beware! What a bunch of snake sellsman I am not sure how many times the multiple scam artists tried to sale and pressure us on the so called extended warrarty plan for $5000 for a couple of extra years if that lol. I literly had to yell at them after the six times to sell me hard on it before I could shut them up about it all and finish signed the sales documents really. The after sales and service at the maintenance department at Mayfield toyota does not get much better there. Sure the first few visits are pleasant enough as they throw in a few free so called inspections assuming they are doing them (more on this later). So with the new vehicle we purchased and in order to get free oil changes for life there they force us to pay for inspections every 6 months for life really(from 65 to 180). So this last inspection I decided to check myself some of the levels on the fluids for example such as the brake fluid which was getting a little low due to some brake wear. I also checked the inside matts and some other stuff before we were forced to take it in there to pay for a $125 dollar forced inspection to get our oil change. So what did I found? After they were done and I check the vehicle at home. So Maintenance gives you a sheet on what they did and found when you pay. So I cross checked againes that inspection sheet and they did very little of it on what they said they did and charged us $125! The floor mats were in the exact place and not locked in and the fluid levels like the brake fluid I checked was still low etc...Also the windows were dirty when I brough it in they did not even clean them still dirty. This incpection scheme they force you to do every six months on a new vehicle to get free oil changes is a SCAM! BEWARE! They are not even doing the work they claim they are and charging you just to make free money. More

Mayfield Toyota has been providing me with excellent service ever since my first purchase of a Corolla, in 2002, I believe - so, I've been a very satisfied customer for close to 20 years! To date, I've purchased four vehicles from Mayfield - 2 Corollas and 2 Camry Hybrids. I've never had an issue with any of the vehicles and I've been treated very well by all staff, from sales to service, cashiers to the shuttle service. During my most recent purchase of a Camry LE Hybrid in August 2021, I was particularly impressed by the friendly, courteous and professional assistance I received from Wayne Halabi and Harry Pon in Sales, and Lesley Matthews in Finance. They're excellent, knowledgeable folks and they made my purchase experience a very enjoyable one! Mayfield is a class act with top notch people and I would highly recommend the dealership to anyone!!! More
