We were referred to Mayfield Toyota to look at the new 2021 RAV4 vehicles. We were introduced to Danny Chau who was to be our salesperson. He really has a good understanding of his product. We visited the dealership on Friday, July 30, 2021 and picked up our brand new RAV4 on Tuesday, August 3rd! Danny Chau was very pleasant to deal with and provided us with confidence in our new SUV as we were shown 5 video clips which helped us understand the new technology and features which we really appreciated learning about. His calm demeanor and kindness was evident throughout our visits and made our sales experience a pleasant one. Danny's attention to detail was also much appreciated - he gave us a "tour" of our new SUV when we arrived to pick it up after the long weekend. He answered all our questions promptly and efficiently. He also told us to contact him personally if we had any further questions. Also worth mentioning is the professional manner reflected by the Drew, Sales Manager and Ms. Lee in the finance department. We felt very specially treated by all the staff we came in contact with at Mayfield Toyota. We will highly recommend Danny Chau and Mayfield Toyota to all our friends and colleagues.
