Been coming here to this dealership for service since 2007. Was here just today for an oil change on my cx5 . Took a little just about an hour. Pretty quick I though when they phoned me to say it was re 2007. Was here just today for an oil change on my cx5 . Took a little just about an hour. Pretty quick I though when they phoned me to say it was ready. Got there and paid for the service . Asked if they washed it cause it was a dry cold sunny day, and the service advisor said the water supply was off so they couldn't do it. Funny I thought every other time I've been here they drive it to a drive thru place for dealers and service to get it washed and vacuumed. . Paid and looked inside my car and was not even vacuumed at least. . Maybe they were too lazy. ?Thinking about not coming here ever again . Been a loyal customer for many years and was disappointed this time. More

Terrible interaction with this dealership. They pulled a bait & switch with price on me twice in one deal. Needless to say, the deal fell through because they were disingenuous and disrespectful. Very informative regarding features of Mazda CX-5 GS.Was able to test drive vehicle more than once & helpful with questions we had.Financial department good with explanations as well as insurance agent. Salesperson Brenden Jones was very personable,polite and very thorough with explanations of vehicle features as well as demonstrations.He was also able to connect my phone to Bluetooth - a big help as technology is not my strong point! The only negative thing I would say is the 3 wk check could have been coordinated with a work day of Brendens so we could have had questions answered then.But when we stopped on another time Brendenwas more than helpful .Also a complimentary wash & clean was done but it was kind of lacking interiorly. More

I recently purchased a vehicle from West Coast Mazda. I'm 63 years old so it wasn't my first time, but it was the most pleasant car buying experience I have had!! Manager Sergio and Sales Consultant Ma I'm 63 years old so it wasn't my first time, but it was the most pleasant car buying experience I have had!! Manager Sergio and Sales Consultant Marnix were wonderful to deal with. They LISTENED to what I wanted and helped me to find the right vehicle without trying to talk me into something I didn't want. They respected my time as well. In addition, and prior to delivery, they completed the safety inspection and performed $1000+ of maintenance at no expense to me. They even filled the gas tank!! The entire staff was friendly and respectful and it made for a wonderful experience. They have a new customer for life. More
