Although the initial contact was curt at best, I answered all of her questions politely. I then asked if she could continue to discuss a new car purchase (Mazda 3 GT )via text, as my job makes emailing or calls difficult sometimes. I was told no, it has to be via email. Now I have had most of my correspondence with the sales people my last 7 vehicle purchases via text, but okay, this place is obviouslystill just a bit more old school,and that is okay. So I will continue with email then I think to myself. But the next thing is she is rude and insults me at a personal level. It is one thing to be unflexible in how you contact someone, and not very friendly. But it is just wrong to be insulting. I am proud of my name, as unusual as it may be. But to insult me because you think my name is weird, is just wrong for a sales person to do in my opinion. I will be purchasing my new car elsewhere. More

This service advisor treated me like crap. His demeaner and attitude toward women is disgusting. Even though the salesman - John Sleiman was wonderful, the overall experience has left me feeling like a second class citizen. This attitude is not acceptable in this day and age.A person should not leave a dealership after having their car serviced in tears. More
We have had some bad experiences with car dealerships in the past so I was very nervous about even going out to look at vehicles. However, we were very pleasantly surprised by West Coast Mazda. We had done our research and knew which models we wanted to try. We called in advance and made arrangements with Salesman Peter Bender. When we arrived, he had all three vehicles ready to go. He was professional, friendly and helpful and he knew everything about the product. We asked a LOT of questions but we felt 100% comfortable with Peter and we ultimately bought a vehicle. Brad, the Sales Manager was also very easy to deal with and we feel we got a good deal for our trade-in. We were treated with the utmost respect and we knew we were in good hands from start to finish. We would definitely return and recommend this dealership to family and friends. More
No straight answers. Even refused to tell me the price of the car. Made up strange "costs" and verbally quoted lower prices for add-ons then charged higher price on sales bill. Because sales people included the managers refused to give the breakdown for the total price of the car, it took hours to do and then redo the paper work. Should have just walked away! More
