worst experience i went to see honda civic . everything went well we had test drive and noticed windshield chips on it and discussed with salesman he said that they al i went to see honda civic . everything went well we had test drive and noticed windshield chips on it and discussed with salesman he said that they already put something in it and its fixed . after that i deposit some money because am gonna take the car next week . after that i went to finance manager he explained everything to us about extended warranty on car . he suggested to go for extended warranty as per him this honda civic ex having too much tech so i will suggest you for extended warranty because car was having 52kms . but i told him i will think about it so he said if all paper work done then u want to go for extended we can't . i totally understand his point of view he said then in future you might regret . why i didn't go for extended warranty. after his conversation i went home and keep on thinking about his suggestion because this is my first vehlcle so I don't wanna feel bad for myself because i am going to spend too much on it . on sunday i emailed to manager that am not going to buy this car . please stop my processing . on monday i was waiting for their response nobody contacted me . at last i gave them call and spoke to my salesman and explained him my situation like i got scared then he replied me back sorry we can't do anything your loan got approved now you have to buy car. i was really stressed what's going on . then he told me my manager will talk to you . next got call from peter he was dealing nicely and understood my problem i can understand it's your first vehicle and too much spending on it . i told him i am not going for this vehicle even i am the one contacting you guys no one cares about their customers . i told him please i need my money back the one i deposited . he said he can't do anything for me . my another manager will talk to me . next day got call he said to me we can't refund your money . it's policy . it was worst experience with ever car dealership . not recommend to any one .
