He arranged a test drive and was very patient in responding all of my questions. He has an excellent knowledge of his job and highly professional. Mike was able to communicate the deal very effectively with his Mangaer Jason and fulfill my requests. Mike has an excellent sense of humour which makes him unique. I enjoyed working with Mike during the process of buying a new car and have a very good experience with Village Honda and highly recommend. Village Honda Service I brought my 2017 Civic (which I purchased from another Honda dealership because of better pricing) in on time to Village Honda for a prescheduled oil I brought my 2017 Civic (which I purchased from another Honda dealership because of better pricing) in on time to Village Honda for a prescheduled oil & filter change. Service took much longer then previously discussed and to make the situation worse the service advisor was completely uninterested in the inconvenience this caused and only made excuses for the service delay rather then try to improve the situation or solve the problem. I would certainly not recommend this dealership for sales or service. More

Exceptional Service We had been searching for a new vehicle for a very long time. Jason in Management was very personal and helped us get everything we needed. Lana in finance was efficient and very easy to work with. She had us in and out of there in no time, which was awesome as we had two kids with us. Luke was great when we did the overview of the new car and handed over the keys. Thank you Mau! On March 22, 2018 my 2018 Honda CR-V EX-L was delivered to me & all features explained (forgotten some already). Ok I'll have to read the manual! Mau is always available for follow up if I need him. Wil Cheng went the extra mile for me is sorting things out with my insurance Company, credit is due. Although I did not see Barry (GM) this time he represents a wonderful persona for Honda. Finally thanks to all the Reception, Service, Mechanics & related folks who are an integral part of Honda.
