Very pleased with the service - recall - on my car. This was my first time using this dealership for a recall on my Fiat. I was helped by service rep Rusty. Very polite and helpful young man. He arranged for a shuttle ride for me. My only two not so positive comments was that I called to find out that my car was ready (it is possible they were just about to call me...I did not ask) and I was a little disappointed that my car was not washed ...don't know if they even have that at this dealership but have had that little perk at other dealerships...but they did a fantastic job...very polite and I would definitely use again. Horrible Customer service (racist) I walked to buy a used Mazda car and was initially dealing with Miki. the car was looked and everything went well until we started crunching numbers. Miki called another guy named XX and he came with an attitude, and rite from the time he started talking he was full of ruthlessness in his speech. first he kept talking and I had to interrupt him as he did not make any sense. He went ahead and reduced the price of the car by $35 in total and I raised my monthly payments by $25/-per month. Inspite of that, he talked about saying that my maths is not good irrespective of I come from a country whose maths is good. Following questions: 1. Why was my country brought in this conversation? has no relevance to entire argument 2. he was not willing to consider or give me any solutions? 3. No apologies inspite of confronting with him on what he said 4. the staff kept watching and no one apologized this was my first pathetic experience and would never recommend to go to the store again. I don't understand miki why did you involved the other guy "XX, If I remember the name correctly". You just lost a customer. More
