I told him what I bought a new 2017 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk march 11'th at Village Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I walked in and was greeted by Jack Tekneian. I told him what I was looking for and informed him it may not be on his lot and he may have to source it somewhere else. He asked what exactly I was looking for then went to work finding exactly what I wanted. After a short search he asked me to leave it with him and he would call shortly. The next day he had found what I was looking for plus a few extras that would be passed along at no extra charge. I found Jack to be very professional and accommodating. These qualities were shared by the other staff I dealt with Don Arsenault and Winston Williams. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and highly recommend dealing with Jack as he will work to put you in the vehicle you want and how you want it built. More

Very pleased with the service - recall - on my car. This was my first time using this dealership for a recall on my Fiat. I was helped by service rep Rusty. Very polite and helpful young man. He arranged for a shuttle ride for me. My only two not so positive comments was that I called to find out that my car was ready (it is possible they were just about to call me...I did not ask) and I was a little disappointed that my car was not washed ...don't know if they even have that at this dealership but have had that little perk at other dealerships...but they did a fantastic job...very polite and I would definitely use again.
