A Great Dealership We bought a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan used 30240 kms. We worked with Bill Tzagadouris and he was excellent to work with. Like any dealership there was a lot of back and forth but got to work with figures that we and the dealership were comfortable with. They took off the mud flaps on old Caravan and placed on the new Caravan, no charge. The only thing I was really disappointed in was the left front rim had a big gouge on it and I don’t know how I missed this. I did and not much will be done now. It’s my fault not the dealership. The only think I can say is I’m fussy and I was pissed. The van was spotless ( other then the rim) when we picked it up. This my 3rd Grand Caravan. Thank You. More

Worse Service I had an appointment to get my car service so I took the day off in the morning since they told me that I would have to leave my car there. By lunch I had an appointment to get my car service so I took the day off in the morning since they told me that I would have to leave my car there. By lunch time they told me that they wouldn't be able to fix my car since they didn't have the required part (the part that they had previously diagnosed and they had assured me that it was ordered). They didn't fix that part but had the audacity to charge me for the diagnose of the same part that I had come in for. They also told me that the part had to be ordered. The best part is that the original quote that they told me was now increased by another $160. Needless to say, I won't bother coming back here again. NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. More

Grossly expensive for vehicle service at this dealership Village Chrysler charged $1281.23 for an alternator and a battery- no other work was done- on a 2011 Grand Caravan. I was towed there and had no opti Village Chrysler charged $1281.23 for an alternator and a battery- no other work was done- on a 2011 Grand Caravan. I was towed there and had no options. The better "Mopar" parts are priced ridiculously high- $592 for the alternator (part only- no labour yet) and the warranty is only 2 years on them. I later found that rebuilt alternators have 3 years warranty and was less than half the price. Then I was charged an additional $59.95 for a battery and charging test. CAA did the same tests and had the same result in 5 minutes in a driveway for free, which I had told Village Chrysler about. One advisor also thought it was funny when I questioned the costs. While the service work itself was done correctly and in a timely manner, the overall costs was like I was being gouged. After questioning the costs, I was offered a free oil change...which I declined. Painfully high prices at this Chrysler dealer. After owning north American vehicles for more than 30 years (and almost always Dodge products), I will be looking elsewhere- likely Japanese. I can buy a Dodge but I can no longer afford to get it fixed. More
