A Great Dealership We bought a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan used 30240 kms. We worked with Bill Tzagadouris and he was excellent to work with. Like any dealership there was We bought a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan used 30240 kms. We worked with Bill Tzagadouris and he was excellent to work with. Like any dealership there was a lot of back and forth but got to work with figures that we and the dealership were comfortable with. They took off the mud flaps on old Caravan and placed on the new Caravan, no charge. The only thing I was really disappointed in was the left front rim had a big gouge on it and I don’t know how I missed this. I did and not much will be done now. It’s my fault not the dealership. The only think I can say is I’m fussy and I was pissed. The van was spotless ( other then the rim) when we picked it up. This my 3rd Grand Caravan. Thank You. More
