Glad I went to Village Chysler.. I'm more than happy to write this review as I had one of the best car dealing experiences thus far. From when I first walked in I had asked to deal wi I'm more than happy to write this review as I had one of the best car dealing experiences thus far. From when I first walked in I had asked to deal with the General Manager Roy directly. Prior to the visit I had read some reviews and read quite a bit of reviews on the General Manager and the great satisfaction customers received when dealing with him. He did have Bill(Sales Rep), in which I must add was super friendly and knowledgeable, show us exactly the cars we were interested in and brought my husband and I on test drives then I did the final transaction with Roy. Roy is such a friendly down to earth individual and truly cares about your best interest. He puts the customers first, in this case was US. Throughout the entire transaction I NEVER once felt like he was being an aggressive/pushy typical car dealer but rather so accommodating, understanding and genuine. Thank you Roy for the legendary customer service and I hope this reviews goes a long way because you and your team deserve the recognition. PS I love my Jeep Wrangler!!!! More

Horrible services Brought my 14 charger (V6) last winter (3 times) with 57000km because during cold weather there is a knock NOT a tick an actual knock...put it this wa Brought my 14 charger (V6) last winter (3 times) with 57000km because during cold weather there is a knock NOT a tick an actual knock...put it this way my 7 year old walked by my car yesterday and asked what that noise was...so maybe next time I will grab a application for him! In true village dealership fashion they replaced the lifters, rockers and PCV, noise never changed. I went back the next week and left it once again and then they told me it is normal for that engine (keep in mind this is after them changing a ton of parts). So as I am 4000km away from the end of my warranty guess who will be putting money out of his own pocket to have this looked at as the cold is here and so is the noise. I have learned at village...if you don't have a check engine light on and they cant get a code they are lost...horrible service and it will even be worse when I have to put a new engine in the car while I am still paying for it and no warranty (you know the one they suckered me in to buying for over $2000) worst experience ever..I will NEVER buy another car from there and I will do my best throughout my social networks to tell my story so others don't have to go through this.... Also to note....I have spent a bit of money to have 3 reputable shops have a look and I have all 3 written reports stating probable piton slap (which is what I mentioned to them when all this nonsence started) I hate how you have to put at least a 1 star to be able to post a review because I would have put a big fat 0000000 More

Rip off I am a repeat customer and after my experience with Roy I will never return to Village Chrysler again!
