purposely stalled vehicle pickup tip he left Car wouldn't start today so we called roadside assistance. Roadside assistance assured us that it is covered under our extended warranty and no charge Car wouldn't start today so we called roadside assistance. When my wife arrived at the dealer, Mike said they have to perform diagnostics which is covered under our warranty. If they find that the repairs required is not covered then we have to pay for the diagnostics fee but will call me first if that's the case. Next call I got from Mike was telling me they still haven't performed diagnostics but should be done soon. At this point I asked whether we will have to pay for the diagnostics fee if they find nothing wrong with the car and his answer was "let's cross that bridge when we get there". Next communication we got was from the dealer saying the car is ready for pick-up and we need to pay $139 plus taxes for diagnostics and battery charging. we disagreed with the charges but Mike is gone for the day of course and there's no one there to talk to. We can't drive our car home without paying so we had no choice but to pay for the charges they said was covered under our warranty. More

Plus we found a better truck at a better price. Now they won't give us our $1000 down payment to hold the truck for a few days to work out the dea. Threatening us that we have to take the truck. So very surprised about the whole situation. Working on getting our money back. never going back there. I wouldn't recommend anyone going there. More
